Simple limits.
Included time is for minor changes to the existing website. Priority Care includes two hours total each month, not three. Unused time does not roll over.
Additional maintenance work
$100 / hour
After included plan time, billing is in 15-minute increments of $25.
Without a care plan: a one-hour minimum applies per request or session, followed by $25 per additional 15 minutes.
Major work gets its own scope.
New page designs, redesigns, integrations, new custom functionality, major migrations and major SEO or content work are quoted separately.
Your website remains yours.
Clients retain ownership and access to their site after final payment. Maintenance is optional; it is not a condition of keeping your website.
Care plans support routine upkeep. Provider outages, security incidents and third-party limitations may require separately scoped work; priority scheduling is not a guaranteed response-time SLA.
