How we handle inquiry and project information.

Information you provide
The inquiry form collects your name, business, email, website and project requirements. We use this information to review the project, ask relevant follow-up questions and prepare a recommendation or proposal. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, private keys or sensitive personal information.
Where inquiries are processed
The public website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. The inquiry form is processed by Bridgerow’s existing WordPress project system hosted through Hostinger. Inquiry answers are stored in a private lead queue with encrypted answer data. Authorized site administrators can review them. Hosting providers and backups may retain copies as part of their services.
Client accounts and intake
Accepted projects may use a private client account and a detailed intake. Account names and email addresses use standard WordPress account storage. Intake answers and project files use the project system’s encrypted storage. Assigned clients and authorized administrators can access their project information.
Technical information and cookies
Hosting services may process routine request information for delivery, reliability and security. The form system uses a temporary hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. Necessary site or account cookies may be used by WordPress and hosting services.
Analytics
No external analytics provider is currently connected to the Bridgerow public site. The front end includes provider-neutral interaction events for future measurement. Those events exclude submitted names, email addresses and form answers. If an analytics provider is added, this notice and any required consent handling should be updated first.
Links to other websites
Demo environments and Cornhusker Biosupply are separate sites. Their own privacy notices and terms apply. The demos should not be used to submit real orders or sensitive customer information.
Retention and requests
We retain inquiry and project information as needed to evaluate and deliver projects, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion through the contact workflow. Identity may need to be verified, and legal or backup retention may limit immediate deletion.
No sale of inquiry information
Bridgerow does not sell project inquiry information. Information is shared with service providers only as needed for the website and project workflow.
